Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods.

We ship to the United Kingdom, European Union countries, and select international destinations including the United States, Canada, Australia, UAE, Japan, and more.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are calculated from dispatch date:
- UK Standard Shipping (£3.99): 2-4 business days
- UK Express Shipping (£6.99): 1-3 business days
- EU Standard Shipping (£9.99): 5-10 business days
- EU Express Shipping (£13.99): 3-7 business days
- International Standard Shipping (£9.99): 7-15 business days
- International Express Shipping (£13.99): 5-10 business days
Please note: Processing time is separate from delivery time. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Shipping Costs
Costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.
